I contacted their office and was told over the phone that Karly would call me at a specific time to discuss a quote for auto insurance. I rearranged my work day to ensure I would be available. No one contacted me at the agreed upon time or the rest of the day. I would not recommend this company; If you can't depend on them to keep an appointment how can depend on them for insurance?

I would give 100 + stars if I could! I’ve been dealing with Stephanie for the last 4 years and it’s been wonderful. She’s knowledgeable, empathetic, very quick to respond to any need and extremely helpful. I have bundled services due to her and couldn’t be happier. Even when I call in and reach another representative, they always go above and beyond to assist. Hard to find such quality in service within our city.

I had an amazing experience with a lady at this company back in June. I had been with a company who I had nothing but complications with in communication and accuracy in services. I had received a call from this lady(I wish I remembered her name) and was happy from the start. It was quick but nothing was missed and everything was communicated and took no time at all. I am so happy to have change companies. Thank you so much for 5 start service. :)

Not only did Stephanie call me several times after my major car accident to see how I was doing, but how she went the extra miles to make me understand and guide me with all my crazy questions. I have been with Andrew Wilson and his team since 1996 when I first got my license and the service has never wavered. They now take care of my home and life insurance as well. It’s not discounted insurance, but you get what you pay for with those other companies. The staff has always had my best interests in mind, informative advice and you speak with an actual professional person. Highly recommend
