Arrosage Monsieur Gazon

We have used Monsieur Gazon’s services for the last couple of years. The improvement of our lawn is remarkable, even after the first season. The service is also very good, if for any reason we called them back after a treatment to correct a situation, they would come back and assess, always very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend M. Gazon!

The lawn care was ok, but a few times we needed to call them back because the application was only applied to small section of my lawn ( as witnessed by my camera).The biggest issue was on the administration side. They tried to charge me interest when they miss placed " my credit card on file. They automatically renewed my services because I did not opt out in time

The customer service is very good. The automated system works one on two times to advise you of their upcoming treatment. The product they are using didn't give better results than the product I apply, the oen you buy from stores, their argument is that the city puts lot of restrictions, they might be right, but I still have lot of weed. Each time I make a claim they pass and put another treatment but in vain. I won't be hiring them or any similar company anymore.

I'm very pleased with the work. Their program is not just weed control, but I also rely on their expertise for fertilizing. I like their offer of organic products. I would like to see more detailed information and guidance on these products.

I’m giving 3 stars as I am not happy with auto renewal. I have no problem for the package. It is when you want an extra service to be added that one time it will automatically be auto renewal as well. No mention of this on any contract. I called to discuss this and was told it’s on a contract. The contract was sent by mail which I never received. So for this reason I cancelled the service. I don’t want to be charged for a service I did not ask for every year. Other than this the company has been great. I have been with them for 5 years.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Monsieur Gazon. When I first started with them they clearly indicated that it would take 2 years for my lawn to show results as it was not in good shape. After 2 years the lawn improved significantly and is now well maintained.

I took the service with M. Gazon this year. I paid the full amount for this season before 1 April 2023. Today, I saw that they come for service in our adjacent neighborhood but they didn't do on our side. I called the M. Gazon. Person told me that I didn't take their services. I told her that I paid full amount and took services. Then she told me that I cancelled my services. I repeated told that I didn't cancel my services I paid full amount for the season. Then she kept me on hold and later said that someone in their department cancelled my service. Totally unprofessional. They have no information what has happened on their side. Firstly person said I didn't take their service, then she said I cancelled my services, then she said someone in their department cancelled my service. Finally they accepted their mistake and restored my service. I paid full amount more than 400$ in advance and this is my experience with M. Gazon. I hope that I will get good treatment for my grass and I will be able to change my review and give 5 stars for their services.

the technicians are always on time and respectful of my property. Notices are always posted after treatments are done, and personnel always reply to my concerns. High prices are reflective of the materials used. I recommend them.

After having contract with MGazon for years I have to say they did a good job for front of my house but they did not take care of back yard at all . I called and asked them for a technical visit they accepted but never happened that visit. Nobody showed up.So I decided to go with another company. I was paying all of the bills and they were doing half of the jobs.

We signed up with Mr. Gazon in 2021 after we completely pulled out all weeds and overseeded the lawn. We heard lots of good things about Mr. Gazon online through Facebook groups and we refused to try Vertdure again since the weed treatments rarely worked. Halfway through the year we noticed the initial weed treatment made a big difference. It took a few days for the weeds to die but they didn't come back. The slow release fertilizer works really well. The grass is growing constantly (on steroids) and requires frequent mowing. Our neighborhood got hit with chinch bugs bad but we got lucky and asked for a specialized treatment. Never had any brown patches. Before winter arrived they applied nutri-boost. Our lawn stayed green throughout winter and came to life faster in the spring. Overall, we're happy the service. Keep in mind, we always mow at a higher height, mulch, sharpen the blade annually, check soil PH in spring, add lime if required, apply GrubX at specific periods and only water if it hasn't rained in 2 weeks.
