Used to come here a lot to use the self serve printers, never really had any problems because I was in and out and didn't need help from the staff. I did however find myself helping other customers, because your one employee you have working wasn't able to help the plethora of customers.I have since stopped going after an awful experience, where I was charged $15 for three sticky labels, the old man didn't explain that there were different levels of service, and if I had waited to pick them up the next day (which I could have, I didn't need them right away), it would have been less than half the price. YOU NEED TO BE UP FRONT ABOUT PRICING!
