I was totally impressed with the work done by Pure Maintenance of Lakeshore. Dawn was extremely professional and took the time to diagnose the mold problem within our house and explain the process completely. Work was completed within days of my initial contact and communications and questions were always answered immediately. It was easy to see that customer satisfaction was a priority. I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance of Lakeshore.

I had sent Pure Maintenance a message after seeing their vehicle wrap advertisement on one of their trucks about non-toxic removal of mold. I was very interested in this non-toxic mold removal service since I am pregnant and also have a toddler. We have had a black mold issue in our master bathroom shower ever since we purchased our home just over a year ago. Dawn messaged me back in a timely fashion and she came over a few days later to remove the mold. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a mold problem.Thanks for the great service!

I contacted Pure Maintenance of Lakeshore regarding mold remediation. I emailed the general contact email on the website, and received a response the same morning. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Dawn was extremely flexible regarding timing of the service. She actually came very next day following the initial contact. As far as the remediation goes, I noticed an improvement in my health immediately. I give Pure Maintenance of Lakeshore my highest recommendation. It is rare to find service like that anymore.
