We are very fortunate to find James and his company to help us build a crib for the floating dock, and replace the stairs lead to waterfront. His team was pleasant to work with from the beginning to the completion. Their craftsmanship was even highly praised by other tradesman who worked on our property. They completed the projects on time and on budget as they promised, They did not charge us extra for the changes by us or unexpected costs occurred which would be norm and we were glad to pay.We trusted them so much and ended up asking them to work on other projects around the property. It is hard to find a company in rural community like James with high standard and reliable and superior work ethics !

We recently had our cribbed dock replaced at our Muskoka cottage, and they did an amazing job! They corrected the existing cribs, built a beautiful dock, and respected our property and our lake! I used James in spring of 2020 to help with repairs to a dock system in Muskoka that used both cribs and steel piles. The cribs were brand new only placed in the water in fall of 2019, they sustained ice damage during the winter and/or spring. The piles were from a 20 plus year old dock that had sagging piles and sinking issues. I had a very tight time schedule to make these repairs in order to have a boat port constructed on the docks. James offered competitive pricing and his work was very good, the project was completed on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to use James for any future dock needs, I also recommended him to a friend.
