Born 2 Run Photogaphy

We couldn't have been happier with our experience using Born 2 Run Photography. Desiree is not only an incredibly talented photographer, but has a keen sense of dog behaviour as well. This combo meant that not only are the photos incredible, but the capture the essence of who our dogs are as well. We chose a location together that would not only be a beautiful backdrop for the images but would engage and excite our dogs - bringing out their full personality.When our dogs didn't want to pose exactly as we hoped (or didn't understand what we were asking of them), Desiree was so patient - and really quick to capture spontaneous funny & unique moments between the posed and staged ones.

Desiree is so professional, so personable and has the patience of a saint! She captured all 3 dogs perfectly and we all had a blast doing it! Both of our photo shoots were a lot of fun and the photos are incredible!

I had the pleasure of having my beagle, Zephyr photographed by Born 2 Run 3 times over the last few years. I truly love her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for special and unique photos of you and your fur baby! She's reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. Desiree takes pride in capturing special moments between you and your pet that are truly wall worthy! The last session I had done with her was a sunset shoot with my dog and I and I had chosen a package that included a composite which I have come to enjoy seeing from her as they are truly unique. I wanted one of my pet. When she showed me the final product for approval, it brought me to tears! You will not be disappointed with her or her work. She is very professional, courteous and builds a great report with her clients that they will hire her more than once....I did!!

Born 2 Run is an all around fantastic experience from start to finish. Desiree is professional and personable and my Aussies adore her! Highly recommended to any pet lover!

My dogs and I had the pleasure of meeting Desiree at our 1st Dry Land Dog Race in Ontario a few years ago. Desiree was out in the elements , hiking way out on the course in order to capture some incredible shots , ever so respectful of the competitors and our canines. She quickly became part of the Mushing community and a favorite familiar face to see at these events, not only for her incredible talent, but her genuine loving personality and a joy to be around.Desiree has a natural way of capturing the spirit and the essence of the bond between canine & human. It can be with great emotion the viewer discovers this in her photos. We all miss you here in Ontario, N.S. you are fortunate to have this talented lady in your province.
