I had the worst customer service at the A&W drive-thru on Rome/Taschereau in Brossard!!!!I ordered three combo meals. Upon opening the bag where two of the meals were placed, the condiments, straws & napkins were thrown on top of the meals, very messy with fries everywhere. The worker made no effort to speak any English, she seemed to hate her job. I will stick to the A&W in Greenfield Park - much better service & experience :)

First of all i would like to say that A&W is one of our favourite fast food places to go. This being said we have been to many other A&W restaurants and have been become accustomed to certain things such as not being charged 60 cents for their spicy mayonnaise. Out of a dozen restaurants, this is the only one that charges for it. When we were told that we declined the spicy mayonnaise. Now here is the biggest issue we had. We order take out. We used a coupon for two mozza burgers with poutines trio. We asked to change one poutine to an onion ring. They messed that up and gave us two fries. We pointed that out and they corrected it. Next we ordered a mama and papa burger trio. They messed that up as well. But unlike the previous order we didn't catch that error and only noticed it when we got home and sorted out our meals. Yes you guessed it, we were short a french fry. We ate our meal short a fries as we were starving. Now i called the restaurant after our meal. Explained what happened. The lady said to me sorry about that come back and we will give you a French fry. I said to here we already ate and i would like a refund for the missing fry. Again she repeated just come back and we will give you another fry. I calmly said again but in French that we completely finished our food and we would like a refund for the missing fry. Only then she understood. Now logically we were charged for a fry. To go there and back home would cost me more in fuel to get said refund as explained by my wife. So in the end we never went. Lesson learned. Check your take out order. As improbable as it may seem some people will make the mistake of forgetting that each trio has its side.

They only speak French. I wanted A&W root beer but got coke. Fries and burger were freshly prepared which was great! Was hoping the person could tell me what the combo consists of and options I could have

Huge line up and they take lot of time to take order but even worse to prepare too. The cashiers are always missing items in the menu or maybe the person in the cooking kitchen doesnot prepare it. Too lazy.

I like A&W over any fast food restaurant. They have really good breakfast where they serve you 2 eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, toast and sausages for like 10$.

Worst customer service, ive worked in fast food for 3years I know how it works and it’s not like that . The old woman at the cash is not professional , eats infront of customer, I’m not aloud to stay if I don’t order at least a meal? And I told her I’m just waiting for my friend and then we’re going to order she said not leave so I ordered and she was sooo rude giving me attitude

We decided to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It consisted of a crispy and crunchy chicken breast, sweet pickles and a Nashville-inspired aioli, all on a brioche-style bun. The sides were great. The fries were thick-cut and served with the skin. The onion rings were made fresh and not too much batter. Everything was prepared on order and was delicious.

Got 2 impossible burgers, both undercooked. Returned them twice and received the same problem.
