Ian is a very professional, polite, knowledgeable, No Bull*hit type of guy. I have used his services twice now, within a 2 month span, and I couldn't be happier. He doesn't try and sell you stuff that you don't need. You can tell how knowledgeable he is, by his demeanour, and just by having a brief conversation with him, regarding your vehicle, and it's issues. Prices are EXTREMELY fair, considering how efficient, and fast he get things quoted, parts ordered, and required work done. After having him fix my vehicle twice now, I will never use a different Auto Mechanic again. I consider myself lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem of a business in Cambridge. Ian and his staff are very honest and the nicest people to deal with when it comes down to any repairs, service and/or dealing with any other mechanical issues with your vehicle. I always speak so highly of Ian's shop whenever I'm discussing auto service or my car. He can always be relied upon to deal fairly and honestly, and he has saved me a great deal of expense that I would've otherwise gotten myself into.Beyond that, he has even been willing to explain (to my rather unaware self) exactly what's wrong with the car - what the car is supposed to be doing, and what it's doing instead.He works hard, knows his work, and commits himself to making sure he solves whatever problem you bring to him. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone, any time, who wants auto service from someone they can trust.

Had my muffler system replaced. Muffler developed a hole in it the size of my fist within a year. Had it replaced. Then got my tie rods replaced and within a year they needed to be replaced again. Made an appointment with Ian, showed up on time and he said he didn't even have it written down. So had to drive back to Guelph and wait for next appointment. Finally got my tie rods replaced again through warranty but had to pay for labour. I recommend nobody go there unless you like to throw your money away.

Ian is the best mechanic in town!! Honest, trustworthy and all around great guy. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a quality mechanic. He won’t let you down and won’t up-sell you.

I will send anyone to this place for there car to be worked on. The employees our the best very nice . 3 times or maybe more I had work done on my car and SUV . Best mechanic in Cambridge hands down. Fair, well priced and does great work. Works on Domestic, Import and most European cars.

He repaired engine lifters problem with great manners I can only recommend his service nice and friendly

I will never go back again the mechanic's don't know what they are doing had to go back 3 times & still they could fix my truck. I took it to another shop & they fix it & didn't charge a crazy amount! I don't recommend this place to anyone in Cambridge
