We booked bus service to Whistler with Benjamin for our school trip. From the very first call to the communication during the trip, it was amazing. The service was great. My name is Marcus Tang, On Saturday, June 25, my friends and I rented the 20-passenger bus to Cultus Lake, and we had some bad experiences we would like to point out from our customer perspective.First of all, our trip duration to the Cultus lake was expected to be within 3 hours, as Google maps have shown. The minimum hourly rental for the 20-passenger bus on the website states 3 hours (image 1); we were told that we needed an extra hour to get the booking done, which we need to pay or 4 hours of bus fee from A.R.Macneill Secondary to Cultus Lake Waterpark, and another 4 hours for the return trip from Cultus Lake Waterpark back to Richmond Center. We have paid extra 2 hours without proper reasoning, and the response that we received from phone customer service claimed that the company made a mistake on the website and has no interest in taking bookings that are under 4 hours. As a first-time customer, I felt scammed for a bit since I had already made my payment before I got phoned to pay 200 more extra, but it was reasonable for you guys to offer us a refund. It is unclear to me for what rational reason the bus company believes a trip less than 110km should take at least four hours. I strongly suggest that the website typo must be changed. Otherwise, more customers will fall for it and consider it a false statement or even a fraud.Secondly, the website claims that the bus we ordered was a Ford E450 bus with a WiFi + USB charger (Image 2). However, it turned out that none of those options were available, and the bus for the return trip was not even a Ford, so it was hard to recognize which one was our bus at the waterpark. Once again, the experience we were expecting in contrast to reality was just head-shaking.And most disappointing and unacceptably, the bus came nearly 30 minutes late, around 7:30 pm, at the Cultus Lake Waterpark. It's summer, and the heat wave is hitting everyone hard. So we waited for the bus driver to arrive nearly half an hour late. The receipt (image 3) stated that the bus should start DEPARTING at 7:00 pm instead of ARRIVING at 7:26 pm. This might indicate the poor communication between your company headquarters and the driver, ending up putting customers in a nasty spot. And I didn't even receive any driver information until I called the service center frustratingly. I mean, how could you not give the contact information of the responsible bus drivers in case of any scenario? Overall, I had an uncomfortable experience with the bus rental. I And I would like to hear a formal response from the company about this incident.

MUST READ:I recently had a terrible experience with this rent a bus company. Despite making a reservation well in advance and after one hour waiting with all the guests, they did not show up on the day of my daughter’s birthday event, leaving my guests ( 16 kids) stranded and frustrated. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic when I called to inquire about the situation. He just said it’s due to heavy traffic and he can’t do anything.As a customer, I expect reliable and professional service from any business I choose to work with. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving me in a difficult and stressful situation. It's unacceptable for a business to not only break their promises but also to treat their customers so poorly.I would highly advise against using this company for any rental needs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are red flags that should not be ignored. Look for another bus rental company that values their customers and can provide the reliable service you deserve.

Very poor communication and concerning logistics. Reserved a charter bus with this company through their online portal and paid the quoted price. Received no confirmation whatsoever, then received an email 2 weeks later with a link to pay almost double the original quoted price. Emailed inquiry with no response, called and the employee explained that this is just how their company works. Stated that I had not budgeted for this price and would like to research other options before proceeding and the employee decided that they would cancel my original reservation immediately. Hopefully I will be receiving a refund for the original payment.
