Print Images

The Microsoft word on their dedicated printing computer was in Chinese. The person in charge refused to change it to English for me so I can edit a small thing on my doc before printing. He stated that this is his boss’s settings and he cannot change it. Super disappointed.Unfortunately there is no other document printing station in the Lougheed mall, so I ended up using their printers anyway.

Extremely rude attitude. Especially the two women, one in her sixties, the other middle aged, both with glasses. Dont understand why they looked angry and impatient. Very unprofessional and charge much higher than other offices. Avoid.

Just received an email saying my PR card won't be issued because photos submitted didn't meet the specifications.I checked the frame and head size, they're fine. Wrote my name and Birth date as required as well.The only things I can imagine could've gone wrong were Print Images stamp (w/ date and address info) were slightly faint, and/or quality of the picture had poor resolution, lighting.Don't rely on their expertise"."

Went in today for a passport photo and to print out my application. Friendly customer service, in and out in under 10 mins. I recommend coming here for your photo ID/passport needs.

Rubbish expensive service... Avoid! Guy serving us couldn't be bothered to print our documents. Made us wait 10 minutes to print 2 pages and then charged us $2 plus $1 for the pleasure of him logging into his computer to retrive our pages from his email account. Avoid!

Very very bad service! The old lady there moved my baby (my baby is only 5 months old) very hard when she was trying to position her. And after she took the photo we waited for 15 minutes for it to be printed out. She was trying to chop the photos bit by bit and at the end she told us we have to retake the photos. I asked why and she didn't want to tell but just told us to sit down and take it again. I insisted to know the answer of why we need to redo it so that I can cooperate with her better, but she still wouldn't tell and just keep moving my baby in a very harsh way. End up I got annoyed and I told her we'd like to get the money back and leave if she doesn't tell us why. Then she finally said it's because a bit of my finger was showing behind my baby's shoulder. The reason was just this simple but I don't understand why she didn't want to tell and was still trying to chop the photo. It's obvious that there's no way she can chop my finger from the photo without ruining it. So, at the end we know that the old lady couldn't do the job so we asked for a refund and left. We spent over half an hour there but end up we got nothing done.After that we went to Star Photo at Lansdowne mall in Richmond. I'd highly recommend that place! Got my baby's passport photo done there. We walked in and asked for the service, the photographer showed my husband how he should hold the baby then we settled down and he took the photo. The entire process was less than 2 minutes and the photos are very nicely done! We're very impressed and appreciated! $16.xx for 2 photos and wait time for printing the photo was 25 minutes.

The worst customer service I have received in Canada so far.They make you go back and fourth to your house to just send or pick up a package. And letters I've submitted there sometimes weren't delivered.

The staff are rude and condescending. She tried to tell me that government issue photo id wasn't enough to pick up my package. I needed something else with my address on it. Her reasoning was that anyone from my address could pick up the package. Completely different from what Canada Post says.

Swift and professional service. Male staff (who happens to be the owner) is polite and patient with all his customers. Very commendable service.
