Went for the FedEx services and it went well . I can't stand UPS so every time I have to ship something , I ship it with FedEx or post Canada parcels services . FedEx's the best in my opinion.

Jean-François is his name. He came out of his section stop what he was doing to come and help me. The product I wanted has no more on the floor so he took his checked it said still have some in stock , so he took a ladder climbed it search for my product then helped me find my second product. He did all this with a smile. He was kind. He was patient. He was polite. I went to the cash to pay only to realize he was finished his work shift the whole time he was helping me. So 5 is the highest level you have but it was a 100 star service. Merci Bureau en Gros.

I usually doont take the time tobwrite reevieews,but honestly this stores telephone service REALLY SUCKS!!On multiple occasions I call the number on there directory only to be answered by some client care worker that seems to be bothered you actually have a question regarding one or multiple services they offer to get a blaaand response..or you get to wait on the phone for unestimatable time only to get them to hang up on you.In store experience is satisfactory on some days other days the staff looks like they are better serving you a happy meal than actually trying to help the client.I go to the gallery laval location better overall experience.Hope this review gets to the store administration and they can fix there issues.

Very, very terrible experience and I will never shop at this business ever again, honestly I'm not even sure how this business is kept alive. I bought a headset from this company and with it comes a non refund policy which is understandable but on day one the headset had a defect and didnt even work correctly on one of its sides. I return to the store the next day wanting either an exchange or a refund for a product that obviously has a defect in it. Here comes the biggest hassle of my life for returning a product that was broken before purchase that I bought online. I had go to 4 different Bureau en Gros stores to finally get my issue fixed and at 4 different locations the employees told me completely different excuses on why they couldn't solve my problem.Excuse #1: Sorry the system won't let me refund this product at the moment come back 48hrs later" (When the refund command was clearly visible to me on the stores computer and it was very apparent that the employee didnt wanna deal with my issue.)Excuse #2: "Sorry our tech testing specialist just left a few minutes ago we need to verify that the product actually has a defect please come back at a later date"Excuse #3 "Sorry we don't do refunds on these products even if they have defects on purchase
