We got quotes from quite a few people to replace our furnace/ac/water heater. Darcy was very professional and clear as he explained what we needed and didn’t need, without pressuring us to make immediate decisions. If anything, he downsold us from what we originally thought we needed. Darren was very quick getting our system up and running. We’re very happy with their service.

Called to get help because my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Spoke to Darcy. He was extremely patient and did his best to keep me informed of when a tech could arrive.Darren arrived later that day, *same day service*, - super friendly, super professional, super knowledgeable. While he worked we had a great conversation and he kept me informed regarding what he was seeing the entire time. When faced with the problem of no replacement capacitor he found a solution. He was clear and upfront with the pricing and made sure there were no surprises.He will get all my calls in the future should I have AC or furnace problems.

I originally reached out to Darcy Berrington due to a recommendation from someone I really trust. Darcy came out and surveyed my home and went over every aspect of the price he quoted and why it was quoted that way without pressuring me in any way. The price was so reasonable I decided to pull the trigger and within a few days Darcy's team came to my house and got things installed. His entire crew were professionals in every sense of the word and are obviously very hard working and respectful people. They were even nice to my little jerkhole dog!After the job was done, the invoice was exactly what was quoted to me. There were no hidden fees of any kind and Darcy reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the work. Well, I've had the new air conditioner for a couple of months now and am happy to report that going from a crummy window unit to my fancy, new-fangled central ac has completely changed the way I live (and sleep) in my home during the summer. I use Aire Serv for all my heating and ac. They installed my ac and could not be more comfortable. They also give great advice on how to upkeep the units and make sure I get the best life out of them. Highly recommend and will continue using them.
