The store is super inviting and I love the laidback vibe of the store. it's very intimate with a lovely staff that answered all my questions. they're a lifestyle store so they don't carry the same products as another arcteryx location. will definitely be back

Some staff are very rude and unrespectful. We were trying on some clothes. We had 4 or 5 jackets and a few torques on the couch (we have a newborn and car seat and the fitting room was too small for us). The staff could have told us please put back the clothes after trying them on" or "you are supposed to put back the clothes because of this rule". Instead

I had a great experience here last time while shopping for a parka for myself. The staff were very kind and courteous during my visit. I was intimidated at first because I am not too outdoorsy of a person and I thought of this brand as more adventurous and hike-heavy but the store was welcoming and Christy helped walk through some of my options! I ended up grabbing the Patera parka and it was my favourite jacket to use during our last winter! She also helped me look at some waterproof running shoes for my dad and I’ll have to bring him back to try those on. The store was very clean and the fitting rooms were nice and spacious

Had to queue for 5 minutes to get in. Which isn't bad in itself. I tried on some shoes and then my wife arrived and tried to come in and help me decide whether to buy them. The lady at the door told my wife to get in the queue to get in even though my wife told the lady her husband is already in the store and trying to decide. What type of customer service is this? Rather than wait for double time, I left the store vowing never to buy Arcteryx again. Pity because I loved the brand and have many items already. But this is the worst treatment of customers in general I've seen in a long time :-( Call out to Arteryx managers: Train your staff better!

Called in earlier in the day to set a jacket on the side and went it a bit later to purchase it. had a gentleman named daniel help me out and he was great! gave me some good tips and support on the jacket and had me outta there in no time too! He definitely made sure i was well taken care of. Had a good conversation too while at it

Have the gear that's people favorites , like Squamish hoodie and the atom lt vest. They even carry alpha sv jackets. Great great store. Check new before you buy used , the new price is close to used. Might as well buy new.

Why do they treat this store like its a night club... they literally have a bouncer at the door. I also don't appreciate the store clerks following me around everywhere I went. It felt uncomfortable and almost as if I was being profiled... I've bought from Arcteryx before but not again from this location.
