Lido Tower Apartments - Q Residential

If I could rate this building and company 0 stars I would. I've had cockroaches for well over one year - the company REFUSES to treat the building so the problem never gets better, just moves around.I did not have a working toilet for the past 13 months. I had to threaten head office with calling an emergency plumber one day and threaten to bill them... had someone out within the hour.I have not had hot water in about 3 months, and head office REFUSES to give the building a new hot water tank. Apparently the hot water tank is decades old, and has never once been services.When you call to complain to head office, they never call you back, and give you attitude.DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.
