GRAFT Periodontics

After having 3 terrible gum grafting surgeries I was recommended to see Dr. Joslin at Graft Periodontics. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Joslin is very considerate and takes the time to answer any questions you have as well as taking the time to make sure you feel comfortable. She is very caring and professional. Every staff member is super friendly and they take very good care of their patients. I will only come to Graft Periodontics for all future appointments.

I found Dr. Joslin very detailed in her explanations of what she is going to do, and her team was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Dr. Joslin doesn't make any promises and tries to explain EVERY little detail at your level, there are no questions that would be ignored. Their office spent extra time with my regular dentist to explain the situation, and I am grateful for that. Obviously, they are more pricey, but what can you do? If you can afford their services, I strongly recommend coming here and be treated respectfully and learn about your dental health in a supportive environment.(Folks, if you are trans, this is a trans-friendly office, and pronouns are not an issue, they will even use your preferred name as much as possible - they are limited by their system as to what they can do in regards to preferred names)

1 star for the Dr. Chaturvedi and negative starts for the staff for cancelling my 5 appointments without consulting me. They did it on purpose because, I had to cancel 1 appointment because my insurance was not sorted yet. I called them a few hours before the scheduled time, and apologized for the same. When I reached today (the day of second appointment), they said they have cancelled it because they couldn't reach me on voice mail ! They did not send me any notice or any email beforehand. When I reached home and emailed them to confirm all other 4 appointments, they wrote, The other appointments were cancelled and those times have been booked. I’m sorry about that misunderstanding". They wasted my 2 months and are also responsible for my teeth which needs urgent medical attention !"

Well first off, the office space is absolutely beautiful! Sophie at the front desk is really great. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous, and Dr.Joslin and her team are wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease when I went in to get a gum graft done. The procedure was quick and painless! My dentist of 10+ years recommended this place and I would highly recommend it.

I am normally very nervous & scared about going to a dentist. However, everybody at Graft Periodontics was extremely patient, understanding & professional. And I knew I was in good hands. I was so comfortable & relaxed that it felt spa-like. I am extremely happy with everything & would highly recommend them.

I have to say that being attended to by Dr. Joslin and her team was likely the most positive medical experience my family has encountered. It is so rare to see a combination of polished professionalism, warmth and empathy in a medical environment. Staff are all warm, thoughtful, empathetic and appropriate. And Dr. Joslin, herself, is a very knowledgeable, kind and impressive professional. Really, wow!

I can't say enough about GRAFT Periodontics and the kind, patient and most of all Professional Service" provided by Dr.Joslin and her staff and team.When I found out I was going to need an extraction and implant with bone grafting to a front tooth I was very concerned. It was a major undertaking and investment and if not done right

Dr. Joslin and her staff are stellar. Her front desk, assistants, and office staff are all outstanding and peaceful and organized. Dr. Joslin herself is knowledgeable and confident and sets me at ease. I am having implant surgery done on a difficult tooth and she and her staff have my complete trust and confidence. Would recommend her 100%.

I would highly recommend GRAFT. I went in for a difficult and complicated tooth implant that required multiple surgeries and bone grafting. The entire time I felt supported, taken care of and in excellent hands. The staff are absolutely delightful and very attentive and Dr Joslin is truly one of the best doctors Ive ever seen (and I've seen a lot). I am so grateful for all the work they did on my tooth. I have recommended GRAFT to all my friends and family.

Exceptional in every way. Professional but down to earth. I've felt very comfortable with every visit and you are kept in the loop every step. I had 7 teeth taken out within a few weeks and healed with no issues at all. I cannot thank Dr Joslin and her team enough for how they have improved my oral health and continue to do so as well as the education they provide me in sustaining it.
