After spending time earlier this year emailing back and forth and then meeting in person with Anita from this company I heard nothing more, despite several emails from me to find out what was going on. I should have known after not receiving a reply for more than six weeks after my first enquiry. I was hoping to have a great room fireplace built-in and walk-in closet cabinetry installed but due to the poor communication or lack thereof I had to find another company that was keen to help.

I have been working with Sarah at LKS to design the kitchen in my new home (to be built) and select all cabinetry for laundry, mudroom and bathrooms. She is very good at what she does and is very pleasant to work with. She really listens to my concerns and understands that every person uses their kitchen/home differently. She shared some great ideas and made helpful suggestions. I am really glad to have her on my team"! I will update my review once everything is built/installed."
