Great store! Taylor recommended the most amazing products for my skin and I can't get enough! Great customer service, friendly faces and fantastic products. You can really tell the staff is educated on skin care.

The staff are sooo sweet! I called in for some help, and the consultant was super understanding of my skin concerns and assisted me with no issues, told me I was able to call anytime and gave me a great recommendation!

I bought a product less than a week ago. After one application my face has swollen up and is very uncomfortable. I called the location asap to advise of the situation and asked for a return or replacement. I was denied. This is a new policy they told me. This product was not cheap. I have been a loyal customer of this location for many many years.all purchased items will be under my profile. After this last encounter I will not be back. You have lost my business.

Visited the store as regarding some issues and the products that was suggested really helped a lot. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and knowledgeable staff.Happy :)

Their return policy changed after I was told I could return my product. I got it last year and I don’t drive so I don’t go to this store as often. The lady who answered the phone was rude and invasive. She asked me why it took me so long to return the product, where I lived and that I should have used the product longer. I have acne prone skin so I know when a product doesn’t work for me and I had to tell her I don’t drive nor live in the city. I found our conversation to me personal and invasive for no reason. And I wasn’t accommodated whatsoever. I was told I could return my product for a full refund after a year and now suddenly their policy changed? Not fair at all. I’m so disappointed and I feel horrible after being asked those questions. It made me feel silly.

Extremely poor customer service - I cannot express how much you should avoid this location, I wish I could give 0 stars. Consider buying your products from Sephora for better service (Sephora is the same price or better with their VIB sales).

Love this location! I always experience great customer service and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They have recommended products perfect for my skin type and I have seen great results. Will definitely continue shopping here.

Starting experience was really well. Once manager had to return something bcz i needed to buy something to make up for the deal, she had passive attitude. She kept asking me repeatedly if i wanna buy something else, and i made a joke that i should buy the whole store, she said that would be super expensive like am i child to you???? Other employee, she was dont know her name and MANAGER could not do 10% discount due to some reason and was pasive aggressive about it. If you dont like your job, you may leave

I went here looking for a new moisturizer. The service I got was impeccable. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I ended up getting the ultra facial moisturizer and I’m obsessed!
