I'd never been to physiotherapy before and I was reticent to try it. My doctor encouraged me to go and it was in the same medical building. My physiotherapist took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my shoulder. He showed me pictures, helped me understand what I should and shouldn't do to heal it, and sent me home with a couple of do every day" exercises to strengthen it. I am so grateful to have attained the knowledge and care that I received from this facility. Awesome!"

I was hesitate to go to anymore Physio clients after 5 years of physio, but after getting a referral from my doctor and going I can say that my experience was like no other! I felt like a brand new women, it’s amazing here!
