For the past two years I have been going to get laser hair removal at Lucie Me Medical Spa and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the results!!! I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to get laser hair removal to come to the Thornhill location.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months for a number of different services. Microdermabrasion, laser, peels. Everyone is very friendly and professional and I’ve seen such a difference in all my treatments I’ve had. Monica is amazing, she’s great at what she does and is very gentle. She truly cares to the progress I’ve had. Dimple helped me with getting all my services at an affordable cost.

I spent over $3,000.00 thinking that your salon could remove brown spots on my face and hands. I know every spot on my face, have even photographed it without any makeup. After three, but what I thought the “package” involved was four treatments, there is no removal, not even a dimming of these spots. The woman in charge kept asking me to buy yet another special treatment was was not at all friendly when I said no. After my final appointment last Friday everyone disappeared, no one was there to thank me or even to say goodbye. This is a rude attitude towards an important client. Looking back, I realize that all the manager/owner did was confuse me with all these special packages I should buy. This is all round bad business folks, I trusted you, and once you realized that I was no longer buying your scam, you washed your hands of me. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

DO NOT LET THE MANAGER WAX YOU PLEASE.The manager has been an aesthetician for over 10 years and she gave my friends and I such a GOD AWFUL experience.It was my friends first time getting a Brazilian. They were led to a room with a bed and a towel with NO instruction whatsoever. They had to message me asking if they’re supposed to undress or wait as they were not advised.She left the room, leaving the door open on multiple occasions while we were WITHOUT UNDERWEAR AND SPREAD WIDE EAGLE. Talk about extreme lack of privacy and professionalism.She placed the wax to cover very large portions of our skin and went over the same spots repeatedly until we were red and bleeding from some spots. It is common knowledge that wax should not be reapplied on the same areas multiple times as it causes skin breakage and irritation. Despite having done this so many times, my friends and I still WERE NOT SMOOTH. She plucked a single hair that the wax couldn’t remove, but then left the rest! My friend asked if she was going to finish removing the left over hair and she told her to deal with it on her own at home.Finishing the wax, we weren’t given any oils to remove the wax residue. We went home sticky, extremely unhappy, and in pain.Edit: my skin down there is literally so rough and peeling after her treatment. I’ve gotten Brazilians before and never had to deal with this.

I had facial with Elnaz. Highly recommend her service. She was very nice and professional. The overall treatment was great and she explained each step and checked in with throughout the treatments. She provided tips and recommendations for my daily skin routine. The experience was very relaxing. Definitely go back to her and would recommend Elnaz to everyone.

The shop is great. The staff are kind and very knowledgeable . Their products are also tier . I use to have very dry skin but haven't had much issues since going to Lucie me. I recommend to anyone looking for quality skin professionals
