Do not get your car alignment here. They do not have the proper tools or trained technicians to do the job. Having another place do it currently with ease. Don't trust them for auto stuff unless it's an oil change

I purchased a weeping crab apple. Promptly appeared to be dying. I thought it was root bound, when I went to repot it, it became clear that there were no roots and had likely been repotted recently and the roots destroyed. There are 3 stumpy roots and no off shoots roots (you know, roots)I called and asked if they can refund my purchase and they said no. Absolutely no returns on plants. While I understand that they should be selling plants that are healthy. I offered to send photos etc… but they declined. So disappointed in this customer service. Will never ever purchase a plant from here again.

Amazing customer service after two Slegg's employees who couldn't be bother to look for an item I was inquiring about told me to go to Canadian Tire". Probably the only useful advice they've given all day. The gentleman at Canadian Tire who assisted me took the time to show me several types of the item I was searching for and was very helpful and knowledgeable."

Canadian Tire never disappoints. The store seems large but it's not the largest in Victoria. There's plenty of free parking. Located in behind Sidney at Sandown Park. They have something of everything. Friendly staff very courteous and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their customers. This location also has a full auto center and garden center.

I have a soft spot for Cr#ppy Tire. I can usually find what I want, when I need it, and the prices are often competitive, especially the sale item! This particular store has some really helpful people, but also a couple of real dimwits. One in particular is always grumpy and unhelpful. 'She' is who I remember here, not the really helpful ones. And she's often at the customer service desk!! Seriously?? She is horrible to deal with. Apart from that experience, I still return for yard products and hardware supplies. The other thing about this store is the layout. I find it awkward and a challenge to locate things. I really think this place could be better laid out.

Best place to buy plants!!! Lower prices than anywhere else, and the selection is huge !Today, I bought 2 inch plants for $1.99 and cactus for $3.99.Plastic 5 inch flower pots for $4.99 !I'm glad I shopped here first before going to the supermarkets in town for plants . Canadian Tire has the best prices and varieties !

This store has non existent service. Period. Untrained young people who can find a gas cap for an automobile. I guess not a big deal but CT is not Canada’s Store. Sad but true.

My favorite department store! I never shopped at Canadian Tire until one was built in my neighborhood. They have a great gardening centre and one can find just about anything they are looking for at the store. There is tons of parking. The store is pet friendly and the staff are all wonderful - friendly and helpful. Welcoming pets is a great marketing strategy. I have never once walked out of the store without buying something, usually an impulse buy.
