5 stars to Ottawa store can't say as much for equipeur on quebec side ,managers in gatineau store don't treat employees right at all this is very very bad , hummm wonder why 8 out of 12 quit in the past 30 days ,oh yeah try a mirror to find the answer and wake up.

I don't mind the place but I find the aisles too crowded by product tables and clothing racks. Seems like I'm always weaving around something to get from one part of the store to other.

You need to be specific. 2 days in a row I was at two different stores, as I was looking for something specific. Overall the service was good in both of them, but it it was a little better in one than the other. They both look so much alike once you enter the locations I can't remember which one was a little bit better.

I went to buy winter boots that was on TV reported by CBC that they tested several winter boots to see if it lived up to what the companies have claimed. Wind River Ice FX pass the test with four stars out of five I have been wearing them now for about a week and they are fantastic on the ice as I'm a very fast Walker . I can walk very free in these boots without slipping. They are definitely worth the price that I paid for them which was $189.00.

Went to the Trainyards to purchase a couple of pairs of shorts for the summer. Surprisingly the shorts were on sale at half price. Staff was also very helpful in helping me find the ones I was looking for . Highly recommended store with great selection of clothing.

I called this store with a vague description of a boot a friend had bought - I was not optimistic until Salyia (SP?) came to the rescue! She got my full description and size required, hunted through the store for a match and returned with good news. She believed she found the boot but did not have my size, but she checked and the Glouster store had them! This was above and beyond the call of duty and I was very impressed. Thanks Salyia!
