When we didn't fully grasp the insurance paperwork, they explained it to us and were there to answer any questions. They responded to texts promptly as well, so we were never left in the dark. The work was AMAZINGLY done! Never before has our home appeared better. And they completely cleaned the property! We had a great experience from start to finish, the work was executed in a timely manner. Our insurance company came out to evaluate the damage and the company owner was right there with the agent explaining and pointing out the extent of the damages. These guys fixed what 4 other roofing companies couldn’t do. Its very sad that I had to hire 5 roofing companies and only one of them did the job right.
