Api alarm is a good monitoring company. I have 3 locations secured with api alarm. As a company providing service in terms of monitoring they are good. I have had mixed reviews with employee experience.

Horrible service, rude Supervisor and no accountability with this company. The Supervisor had an excuse for just about every question and their company put our liquor store's security in jeporady.

We use API alarms for multiple locations at Shefield and Sons and have had consistent service across Canada. Reliable and quick to respond, they recently did another install at our location in Place D'orleans. Install was quick and on time. Highly recommend for other retailers for no fuss security.
