Expensive and a convenience fee

Parking here is old and poorly kept. Most of the time the parking machines are broken.Parking attendants here will give you a ticket with your receipt on your dash as instructed and the company will read you the riot act about a “one time courtesy”.I seriously wouldn’t bother parking here. There’s a lot half a block over that is $5 cheaper and better managed.

In my first try for payment, machine displayed card declined, in second try it went fine. I checked my online banking later seeing that they have charged me twice actually.

Highly do not recommend this company! I filed a dispute because I parked in a lot and the meter was broken even though I had attempted to pay with multiple different cards. They only offered to “discount” me because they had issued the fine over 7 days ago. That is ridiculous! They offered to take off like $1 from the owing balance. I did not even realize they had issued me a ticket until I got a letter in the mail so how was I supposed to know that I had to dispute it within 7 days. Had I actually been aware I would have reached out. Long story short, Stay away from this company! They will ticket you even if their meters are broken. It is totally unfair that I have to pay for their mistake! Like go review the cameras and you would see that the meter was down, I watched multiple people attempt to use the meter that day and it did not work. Obviously I did not expect to get a ticket as I expected that it would have been reported that the meters were broken by multiple people! Like people are suffering in this economic, offering me a $1 discount is not going to help. This company is so greedy! Like they didn’t even offer a payment plan because I cannot afford this crazy fee for something that I should not even pay for. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Their machine is broken (and has been since the extreme cold weather in December 2022) and they’re refusing people parking instead of fixing the issue. Great work you guys.

Meters worked and parking was cheap but our vehicle got broken into so do not park here
