Charged $13 for 3 donuts. Very rude staff with zero customer service training. I explained I was overcharged and instead of a refund I was charged again. Asked for a refund and I still never received it on my card. Very angry

I had an issue with an order 3 days in a row. I went at times when it wasn't busy and only a couple cars in the drive thru. I contacted the store and the owner answered the phone. I politely explained what had happened and she gladly fixed the issue for me! Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes it better! When I returned to the store to pick up a giftcard I was served by the manager who happily corrected my order and I left feeling like they went above and beyond to fix the mistake. I arrived home and went to take a drink of what was left of my coffee, full of grinds... I mean, thanks for correcting the issue, but that was still pretty disappointing.

The owner can't afford a simple grill for wraps and sandwiches made me think they fergot, nope just no grill... Done going to that Treaty Trail Tim Hortons.Owner you can do better.Employees are great.

Never any sugar in the coffee always coffee grains on the bottom of the cup and coffee shouldn't be to the point where ifs scalding hot this is a horrible location.

Had a great customer experience, employees were so soft speaking, when one of the got to know about my birthday, she gave one breakfast sandwich complementary, by value it means nothing but matters a lot about the their gesture, I was just one of their customers the care they showed about my special day was awesome!

Went to this Tim's for drive through. Ordered few things, one being a cup of coffee and a herb pastry square. I was on the way to the hospital so I was in a hurry. Ate the pastry square to find out it was spicy jalapeño one, so more than likely it was in the wrong placement and they just grabbed it or it was mixed up by the baker.So I gave the manager a call and they said oh okay, can I do anything for you. Well I said no I'm in a hurry just thought I'd call you to let you know and to fix the issue and others wouldnt have the same issue. She seemed bored and said okay I'll see to it. So I left it be but when I arrived at the hospital I finished my coffee to a mouthful of coffee grinds.
