Had a wheel alignment done on an 05 Escalade, i was in a rush and they accommodated me, getting what i needed done within my time limit, job was reasonably priced with no unexpected delays or costs, very friendly staff with excellent workmanship. 10/10 would recommend anyone i know & will definitely be coming back.Thank you Oakridge staff/employees!

Oakridge Auto has been servicing three vehicles for us for 8 years or so. The work has always been good, customer service is great and the prices are fair. In our most experience today, the final price was almost half the original estimate, and one small item that was missed Terry ended up doing for free. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years. Tyler, Terry and crew have always been great. I no longer live in the neighbourhood but still come back due to the transparent and trustworthy service. They go the extra mile.

I stopped in quick to see what it would take to pop a bumper back into place. Terry immediately went to take a look at it and put it back in place in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly, professional and very helpful! My husband has also used Oakridge Auto in the past and they have done great work! We will definitely be using them for future work - thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They have been wonderful to deal with. My car had issues lately. Turns out it needed authentic parts. They figured this after hours and hours of problem solving and only charged the difference in price between authentic and non authentic. Tell everyone in Calgary to have their car serviced at Oakridge Auto!

Many thanks to Terry and his service team. I found out I had a flat tire as I was driving by, stopped in and was fit in for a repair. Within a very short time the problem was found, the repair made and I was on my way. I was very impressed by Terry’s professionalism with his clients (while I waited) and his willingness to give me a hand! I would highly recommend this business.

This is a trustworthy business that genuinely wants to help you. I had discovered a flat tire on my truck when I got in to head for work and even though these guys were completely swamped they squeezed me in when I explained I was just looking for an emergency patch to get to work. In the end I paid even less than I was supposed to for the patch and was on my way to work in an hour. Great job team and thanks a bunch again!

I accidentally cut a thermostat wire while working in the area. I blew the fuse in the furnace and they supplied me with the new fuse. Air conditioning is back up and running. Thanks again!!!

Had a flat tire on my Honda Civic and Terry said if you bring it in right now, we'll fix it. AND THEY DID! Had a screw stuck in the flat tire and they did the repair in 10 min. What a great crew!

I have taken my vehicles to the shop regularly for the past 10 years. The shop guys are excellent, professional and very respectful with really friendly attitudes. At the service desk, Casey is outstanding. He handles everything extremely well. When he’s very busy tending to customers and phones at the same time, he pays attention to little details, is very polite, makes sure the walk-in customers get great attention and respect, he knows what to do and how to handle situations. He communicates with the shop guys to ensure great teamwork atmosphere, and makes the customer feel their vehicles are in good hands. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this team! Twice, he immediately came outside to look under my vehicle to assess the urgency of a situation before asking the shop guys if they could take 10 minutes to deal with it, and both times they did. (However, about 2 weeks ago, I stopped in to let Casey know I had a lot of oil leak spots on my driveway since the last time I had my oil changed there. He immediately crawled under my vehicle and said he could see where it would be leaking because he used his phone’s light and saw there were two gaskets together, and the leak would be coming from between them. This can cause a serious issue. The shop checked and the new Service guy said there was no leak and was probably condensation. But he was wrong. Casey was on lunch at that time, so he wasn't there to show them the gaskets.) When I got home later, the spots were still there, and two family members were there, whom have been in the auto body business for many many years, and they also confirmed it’s definitely oil. Casey was right. I live out of town, and I know they take that into account – they take my safety into consideration. The former Service guy, Tyler (who was also extremely excellent and kind) trained Casey, and he taught him very well, because he is as good as Tyler was! I don’t understand why Casey is sitting at the back desk though. He should be at the front, because he is so positive when dealing with customers and represents the shop in a good light!
