I worked with Gavin Chen and his team when finding a new apartment to rent back in early Feb 2022. I worked primarily with Ryan N., and have nothing but amazing things to say about the team and about Ryan specifically. Ryan was always there to answer questions, being available for evening and weekend calls, and scheduled many appointments to see apartments. He took my requests seriously and was always extremely professional and someone who I felt I could trust. I have also dealt with Gavin directly as a property manager, and he was always very quick to respond whenever things came up. I would definitely recommend their services and will recommend them to others in the future.

We recently relocated to Toronto and had limited time to find our new home. What Jennifer did was beyond words. She not only helped us find our awesome new home in extremely short timeline but also helped with so many other things explaining us a lot about the city and how it functions.
