Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

Worst experience I ever had.Doesn't have good service quality and signal also so expensive.Support team wasn't helpful. I changed service provider after a month on Nov.2022 and asked for refund but after 4 months nothing happened and now(end of Mar.2023) they say you have to wait until April.2023!!!!! and support team reluctant to send my complain to higher level manager!!!!no one care about you. Don't make my mistake. Go with any other service provider, but not Fido.

Very bad experience with customer service. I got offer from other service provider and they called me they are gonna match the offer if i stayed with them. So I decided to stay with them. After a year i want to buy a device and came to now on same plan I can’t buy a device i have to change my plan to buy a device.2nd want to add a second line , went to store guy on store called to customer service and as per him I dn’t have valid id in my account and need to run credit check as it showing bad credit in account . There are some other customers on store that time and they looked at me when he said this thing. Tried to call customer care and as per them they fix the issue i can add second line online . After 2 days again facing the same issue called to customer care and they give same answer invalid id. Weird thing is i am paying my bill from one year and again agent told me they gonna send new request to back office and it will took two days to get answer .Pathetic service . Dn’t fall in their trap for cheap plans and then face this kind of terrible service.
