We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. A very helpful and knowledgeable employee named Liz helped my step brother get some track shoes that fit his feet and our budget. If I could rate 6 stars I would. Thank-you Liz. Buying shoes here was a pleasant experience.

The manager here is amazing. She will take as much time as needed to find the PERFECT shoe for your foot. Shoes do not need to be “broken in”. I didn’t understand that until I got the best fitting shoes I have ever owned. Now I own 2 pairs one for summer and one specifically for winter. Thank you. The service is second to none!

Ordered a pair of shoes about 3 weeks ago with the a sales rep in store. Was told that it would come in 3-5 business days. I just received an email a few days ago that the shoes came in. (Unfortunate that there were delays in getting the shoes but understandable) however, I check the box before leaving and it turns out it wasn’t the pair that I had ordered. From my understanding the actual shoes I ordered were sold to someone else. Rather than reordering the original pair and waiting another 3 weeks I just went with the shoes they had on hand… I usually hear good reviews about the store (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) but this was definitely not a good experience.

Went in to find some good shoes for walking. The clerk on duty was very helpful and kind. I found the prices competitive and the level of service superior.

They didnt have a single wide toe box shoe. I asked the staff member working and they confirmed that they don't have any. Shoe technology is moving forward with wide toe boxes and I was really surprised that they don't carry any.

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Very poor customer service at the Saskatoon location. Ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Will not go back.

Someone give Liz a raise! Lol. Had great customer service here. It's so nice to have someone knowledgeable about their products to find the perfect shoe for your needs rather than just simply processing another sale. My poor feet are so happy to have such good shoes.But seriously, Liz was fantastic. She was fun to chat with and extremely helpful and made runner shopping a pleasure.

I was in there several months ago buying a pair of running shoes.Liz gave me some of the best customer service I have received anywhere, hands down. I had no intention of buying that day and I told her that but she still helped me without hesitation. She was so great that I did end up buying even though I wasn't planning on it! She helped me find the perfect pair of runners and I am still very happy with them. Thanks Liz!

Such great service. My experience purchasing shoes here was amazing. Liz went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect shoes for me and my needs. I found out I have been wearing the wrong size of runners for years leading the sore feet and toes after workouts. They are fairly priced and often have discounts! Would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the purchase of my new pair of running shoes today! I didn’t get the name of the young woman who helped me out, but she was a massive help in finding me a good pair of shoes. I will definitely be back in the future!
