We ordered lunch today from our South Fraser Burger King and we couldn’t resist leaving a very amazing review, as it’s definitely absolutely warranted and deserved to a great professional named Sandy, Who I found out today on the phone is the assistant manager… Let me break this review down for you like this… We have eaten at Burger King for many years, however I’ve never met Sandy in person, as other people had always picked up my food for me and now we order through Skip The Dishes.We had an order today consisting of two amazing huge whoppers and a chicken fry meal with French fries and these were all amazing! I highly recommend our Burger King on S. Fraser Way in Abbotsford, as the greatest experience ever and I hope that the CEO of this company will give this amazing assistant manager Sandy a promotion for being the best professional ever, she absolutely represents Burger King above and beyond the call of duty… thank you Sandy for always leaving the best taste in our mouth… We highly recommend you Burger King to everyone at all times… Kudos!

Worst fast food location I’ve ever seen. At the drive thru they’ll take your money before telling you to pull up and park as they make it fresh. 5 minutes later they bring you an cold whopper. I think a five year old runs this location

Extremely slow service! Had to order and wait for 20 minutes for a whopper ! Seems like they don’t know how fast food industry works !!

first time getting a whopper. all three were different. one was just pickles (mind you i wanted three of the same burger). second no tomato, yucky lettuce. third what google says a woofer should have on it. i also am now throwing up with food poisoning. highly recommend

This is the most horrible this restaurant I’ve ever been too! Drive-thru speaker does not work they don’t have any ice for the pop and it’s been broken for 3 weeks . They park you in the parking after ordering for 20 mins and the food is always cold . Won’t be back .

After having previously witnessed the rage that the manager at this location displays to other customers, I was the victim of that rage the other day. Our small group arrived 1 hour before Lobby closed, but once our order was taken and paid for we were informed that we could only have 15 minutes to eat it if we wanted to sit inside the restaurant. We requested a refund before any of the food was referred so it would have been no skin off their teeth other than losing a customer for that night. I was met with an extremely rude response by the lady who identified herself as the manager. For being someone in a management position, she has absolutely no de-escalation skills and only knows how to fight with customers who are actually there to make her wage possible. Unfortunately, this location of Burger King has my money and I did not get anything to eat. I will never ever return. I would suggest going to any other establishment

The only reason it gets a 2 is because the food isn't deplorable and is mediocre enough to pass. The service at this burger king is extremely slow and the customer service is lacking heavily. I dont know what it is, but this restaurant, the Tim Hortons and the kfc in this area all have absolutely putrid customer service and the owners of these restaurants seem to not gaf about it at all.

My first time back at Burger King in a very long time but was somewhat disappointed for sure. My Mom had wanted to take me out for supper there since she had liked it on her previous visit.The staff member taking our order wasn't able to make clear to us if there were smaller burgers available, such as a childrens or seniors menu so it frustrated my mother as she couldn't find on the menu board what she had ordered the last time she was there.Mom had wanted a small chicken burger and a coffee but couldn't get the staff member to understand that the other burgers were too big and a meal was also to much for her to eat.She ended up with a Crispy chicken meal, which was fast to big for her and no coffee because they didn't have any cream at all.I ordered the Angry Whopper which was fairly good but definitely not angry. ( The DQ Flame Thrower is much spicier). The burger tasted good but was not very warm temperature wise so that was also disappointing.And finally although the restaurant wasn't very busy at all, it took a considerable period of time to get out order and in the mean time others who came in and ordered after we did got their orders before us.In general the staff weren't very helpful to us.Thanks for listening to our concerns.

Hopeless customer service. Rude staff. I ordered root beer from drive thru they said they are not having. And when I went inside to order the root beer machine was in order. And my order was ready quite early but staff didn't bother and took another 10 minutes to deliver . It seemed as all the staff were relatives or friends gossiping.

Every time I go, there is something wrong! One time, they were literally out of burgers!!! There are no burgers at BK!!! I am not joking! I give them two stars because customer service is slightly improved, they still speak their language through in front of customers which totally rude and inprofessional.
