I come to this place almost every single day to buy lunch. Habanero wrap, XL tea 2 cream and a doughnut. I was just chastised by an employee for putting one bag of garbage in the dumpster. God forbid we put garbage in its place and keep the property clean!You’ll be happy to know that I removed the bag from your bin and threw it out elsewhere. I’ll also be purchasing my lunch elsewhere from now on too.PS - Your bathroom is f’ing NASTY. Have a nice day.

Always bad experience. Rude as hell !!Employees think they own place and it’s tim Horton on highway so ppl will come anyway.Never follow instructions. Put lot of salt on sandwich and made it inedible.

The worst Tim Hortons ever. Stopped in on the way home to pick up a few apple fritters, they had none and only had 4 choices to choose from, none of which I wanted but couldn't get out of the drive thru so I ordered a couple of plain donuts. They never told me the price and when I got to the window the guy couldn't speak English. They were rude and dirty looking.Will never go there again. Oh and the 2 donuts I ordered were stale.

This is by far the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and they had nothing I ordered. Stopped going here for month because of the long waits and horrible service and nothing has changed. Whoever is in charge of this tim hortons should be embarrassed of the horrible job they are doing

My sandwich was soggy and not on the inside from the lettuce and tomato, soggy like they'd wipe the counter down and made the sandwich on a wet countertop.

This extra toasted apparently. STOP RUSHING ORDERS!!!UpdatedI really should stop going to this locationI got mouth full of grinds at the end of my coffee . I attached a photo of the bottom of the replacement coffee I luckily didn't drink the end.

We waiting for almost an hour from when we found out the waitress quit her job and the manager gave us our meal for free lots of truck parking they are improving the parking lot new owners of the truck stop

This location always serves the drive through lightning fast and makes the walk in customers wait .Also one particular counter person insists that you pick up your coffee and hold it while you wait . So you end up waiting a very long time while trying to hold a really hot coffee. Oh and the cinnamon buns are the worst. They are super dry and hard enough to drive nails with . Things would probably move along better if the person assembling the food would put a little effort into it . Unfortunately they act like they have all the time in the world. Would be nice if they took into account that the people that have no choice but to walk in are truck drivers on a schedule. On the bright side Andrew is always really helpful and super friendly. Makes up for some of the shortcomings of the other staff members.
