Excellent service top to bottom. Josh and his team were able to repair our furnace when it was not working properly. They were knowledgeable, timely and professional throughout the process, and took the time to explain things and answer our questions. Very fairly priced.

From start to finish Josh and his team were excellent. Identifying the issue and getting the appraisal was done quickly, accurately, and professionally. We needed to get some additional pipe and ducting work to get things up to code that they had no problem doing and were able to get it done quickly. We had our furnace replaced and they had it all completed within a day. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for anything HVAC related

I had a Payne 2 stage variable speed ( Model PG96VTA) furnace installed by them. The price was about 2/3 of a comparable Carrier product. About $1800 difference. Payne uses something like 80% of the same parts.The only difference is Payne has a warranty on the parts only.For $1800 you can do a lot of labor repair.He also quoted on replacing the induction motor which was broken ($2000 from a local Carrier dealer versus $1000 from him) Since the furnace was 22 years old my wife said just replace it.Josh was friendly and timely. I won't hesitate to recommend him.

Josh and his crew helped us out and fixed our furnace when we were in a pinch. They have also installed new plumbing in our kitchen and bathroom. They were very polite and professional and have extremely fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this business! We will for sure be using them again in the future. Josh from Concept Mechanical successfully repaired my furnace which failed to turn on and produce heat in -40c temperatures. He was very friendly and professional over the phone and in person and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within half an hour a new inducer motor was installed and the furnace functioned like new again. Thanks again for your help and time, will recommend your services to my family and friends.
