My Husband and I got married at the Riverside Grand Ballroom in April of 2016. We were so very happy with every aspect of service they provided us.Sue at Riverside was amazing! Ever detail we requested was taken care of. The decorations of the Ballroom was beautiful.The meal was so tasty, the presentation was very appealing and our guests are still telling us how good it was and tell us we should have our 1 year anniversary party there so they can have the meal againI highly recommend anyone getting married to visit Riverside and take a look at the venue.Also the DJ provided by the Venue was great. He did the perfect mix of music and the dance floor remained packed all night.I can't say enough of how pleased we were. We highly recommend Riverside. My wife and I Had our wedding and reception at Riverside.We mostly dealt with Bobby and Sue. They were both extremely accommodating to our needs and we're very easy to work with. I would have to say that they went above our expectations they delivered on there end all our decor, seating,and food were proper.We had the Fijian menu and the food tasted Fijian style and it was delicious.Overall we had a blast and it all went smooth. I would recommend Riverside for your next function.

I highly recommend Riverside banquet halls. Sue has always been a great help in organizing our corporate venues. The care and attention they provide to make any venue a success is unsurpassed and I would use them again for any future events. Thank you Sue for all that you have done to make our events unforgettable.

Went for a school dance, really nice place, my daughter said. Spacious ballroom, good for any occasion.

Our wedding was in Feb 2023, we had ordered there top menu for dinner which was the middle eastern menu. Just our catering had cost us $19K, when discussed with the hall staff they explained the food to be excellent however that was not the service we saw. We had chicken and kebab skewers they were super dry to the point everyone had left their chicken skewers on their plates. All the food was cold from the start of the buffet, and we had made sure with the hall staff that we wanted out food to be hot. They had mentioned salads and sides that would be in the buffet but they were not. They had falafel that was uncooked only the outer shell was cooked but the interior was raw. As for the ladies in the kitchen were very rude we had brought our own baklava and had told them we would be taking it home and as soon as the kitchen ladies not staff that was on floor heard we would be taking our baklava home they took everything in the trays and stack them up on top of on another until there was nothing in the trays felt. This was something that was spent on our own budget. As well we had made pots of foods on our own and when i went into the kitchen to take my pots they had put the wrong lid for my pot. When I confronted them they said this is your lid take it. Until i told them i would not leave without my proper lid. Everything being said we paid $31K for the wedding but didnt see the right service in return.

I would give 0 stars if I had to. This banquet hall is all about the money and doesn’t care about service and customer satisfaction. So glad my own events were cancelled here due to Covid. This review is for all the events I’ve attended. Dealing with Sue was the worst part of trying to book here. They make you pay your entire bill 2 weeks before your event, that way you can’t even argue with them afterwards. Food is below mediocre. Decor looks tacky and very old school.

Had our wedding reception at Riverside Grand Ballroom last Saturday. Our wedding turned out to be exactly how we envisioned it to be.. and more. It was a dream come true! Everyone had so much fun! Sue, Bobby and the rest of the staff at Riverside were all great and helpful. They have been very supportive and accommodating from the very beginning. They listen and give helpful suggestions. They have made our wedding planning so much easier. The food, the decorations, the staff... they were all wonderful. Our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the setup and decorations were. They have honestly made our big day our best day ever! Thanks you so much Riverside!!!

Our wedding reception last September 2019 was held @ Riverside Palace. My wife and I were so happy with the decor. The banquet hall looked very elegant and regal. The food was superb and just plentiful. All the dishes were very appetizing, especially the roast lamb (the most popular dish, our guests continue to rave about it). Thank you to Bobby, Sue, Michael, Raj, and the whole team @ Riverside Palace for going above and beyond in making our special day very memorable!!! ReviewHall was decorated the way we wanted and the food was fantastic. The disappointing thing was our cake was stolen by the staff at the end of the night and there has been no accountability or apology from the hall. We had requested multiple times the cake be stored away after it was cut so we could take it home with us. We did not even try the slice we cut due to no cutlery provided on the stage. The staff also used our photo booth without our permission. Really disappointing to see photos of people we do not know using services we paid for take advantage of our event, especially after realizing they stole our cake.

I would like to thank Sue for everything she did for us, She was very helpful and enjoyable to work with, even through all the Covid and postponing the dates she was there to help us through it. Then the day before the wedding the groom called it off. Sue suggested we use the venue anyway since we payed a lot of money for it she said just have a party in which we did , it was so nice we had a family reunion party. We all had fun. Thank you again Sue. I would recommend this venue To anyone.
