If I could give a -5☆ I absolutely would. Not only did I call them more than 10 times three of which the phone answered and then immediately was hung up... also I filled out a form on their website for them to get ahold of me and they never did I never received an email or a call our toilet has been unable to flush for over a week now it is so good to know that potential customers are not valued whatsoever. I guess it's a good thing it wasn't an emergency right? Oh wait it was... and to think they were recommended to me and when I say that I mean highly recommended but I highly recommend that anybody go elsewhere...

Would not return calls. When they finally did return my call I asked if they could install a Heat pump hot water heater. They strung me along for a month and a half only to call and tell me they were to busy and couldn’t do it.

I would say that Kevin and Holly are both two people with a great deal of integrity and character. I have a place in portage I live in Scarbrough , I had a dish issue in portage with my plumbing , both Kevin and Holly were right on it within 24 hours of me making a phone call. If this was southern Maine you would be waiting 2 to 3 weeks to have somebody come out I am sure of that . I’ve dealt with a few people in the trades up here and the response time is impeccable. That’s great to know there are people still out there who’s customer service is A++. Once again Kevin and Holly thank you so so much for who you guys are!
