I have had my King Shepherd and my Siberian Husky too several groomers over the years and none have done as good of a job as what PupTown does. They look so good when I pick them up from PupTown that I will be bringing them back to get groomers there again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Our dog had a great experience here! Our previous groomer from when we lived in Ontario would leave out dog quite itchy. Not only does our dog look great, he isn't nearly as itchy after being groomed by PupTown! He also seemed really happy when I dropped him off - which is always a great sign. We will be back!

I booked my 3 fur babies in at Pup Town on Kenmount Road for a grooming on Dec 16th 10 am... dropped them off and misses said oh 3"? I said yes that's what I booked for on messenger. (Clearly said 3 dogs). 20 mins later she called and said I had to pick up my dogs that my new puppy (15 weeks) was FULL of fleas.... I went back got the dogs and she told me the yorkie had none but the other two shihtzus had them

I've been going to PupTown since they opened on Kenmount Rd. I live in KT so no only is it convenient, they are fantastic. More than once I've called the day of and they were able to accommodate. Value is second to none and all the sweet doggos look like they have a ball there!

I love PupTown Grooming. I took my dog there for the first time a few years ago and stayed for years now. I never take him anywhere else. The people there are so wonderful and always so good to my dog. They also are so great with letting me drop my dog off early if I need to because of my schedule and they don't mind when I am later picking him up either. I would definitely recommend this place for pet grooming.
