Red Cup Distillery (no tours)

I've gotten drunk of both vodka and their whiskey. Theyr both gross but it's cheap and will get you drunk

I stopped in for a tour and had a great time. Also the product they make here is of a high quality

not a huge fan, the moonshine is really not pleasant to drink and has a very odd smell and aftertaste.

The owner is arrogant, self-centered and condescending. Only had one interaction with him asking him to post what makes his product better than the competition, what was going on business wise, industry news, etc... instead of the drama he posts on his facebook. He was going on about biting his tongue" and "leeches showing their colours." Nothing to do with shine! His response... "sorry don't know you and you can't afford my knowledge". He then called me a troll and removed me from being able to comment and interact from the facebook page. Plenty of other options out there and if that's how this company wants to treat people. My suggestion to anyone looking for a warmer welcoming at a distillery in the area if you want to get good customer service just go up the road a little bit to Rig Hand where they are a lot more friendly and a far better product. Plenty of other distilleries in the city and surrounding area to check out as well who are far more welcoming than this place."

Never visited the distillery, but I tried Red Cup's whisky for the first time this evening. Holy smokes, this is a golden rye! Subtly sweet, with an unobtrusive spice in the distance. I can see this being in my rotation.

Some tasty moonshine and fantastic and passionate people make this a wonderful place to make a stop at!

The vodka is decent in that gets the job done, however, their vodka has a noticeable flavour of chocolate liqueur. I personally don't enjoy it, but could see how others would. I would just like to know where that chocolate note comes from.

Great product, great story, glad to have these guys local. For anyone who has tried the standard 'shine, give this a try, you will not be sorry.

It's been my flavor favorite since I stumbled upon this different tasting cup.. I love it.

Bought a bottle of Red Cup vodka from the local liquor store. So far it's the only liquor I've ever had to dump down the drain. It had a weird taste that couldn't be masked with mixer or even lime. Didn't think it was possible to screw up vodka that badly.
