Tahreem was the biggest help at finding me clothes that looked good on me. she knew exactly what to do and and had a great attitude the whole time. She made my experience at Suzy Shier even better than I thought it could be. I will definitely be going back all because of the great customer service that Tahreem showed my friends and I at her store :)

I don't often write reviews on Google, but I felt compelled this time since Suzy Shier truly impressed me. Gift met me as soon as I walked into the store. She informed me of all the wonderful deals available at the store and even asked if I had any particular items in mind to purchase. To be honest, I wasn't really sure what I wanted from the store, but Gift guided me around and pointed me towards some gorgeous dresses and tops. Gift made the experience worthwhile; even while I was putting on dresses, she kept giving me others to try on, and i loved the service. Normally, I don't enjoy spending a lot of time shopping, but Gift made the experience worthwhile. Thanks to her, I eventually purchased two outfits. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!!!

I went into the store a little bit confused on what I wanted. I was looking for the perfect brunch dress and the lady who attended to me(Gift) helped me find one.It was such a lovely experience, Gift was so patient with me as I tried on a couple of outfits and had a smile all through my stay at the mall.The store was busy, so she had to shuffle between customers and yet my customer service experience was pretty excellent, she was able to convince me to get two different outfits.

Tehreem was so helpful yesterday! She helped my daughter find 2 beautiful dresses (because we couldn't decide which one looked better)... both under $40. . Such a great shopping experience when the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! She even helped me find something for myself, thank you again!!

The cashier needs to be more professional, she was eating a muffin with her hands and kept touching the clothes I was buying and it wasn’t a one time thing, she kept going back and forth touching her food then the clothes, plus she never smiles and makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour

I forgot to do this review on Wednesday and only realised it today. I enjoy shopping at Suzy Shier because of the excellent customer service and high-quality clothing. I believe the name of the customer service representative who helped me was Gift; she had a beautiful smile and greeted me as I entered the store. Even though she was busy with other customers, she made time in the fitting room to help me with dress sizes and finding the perfect outfit. I would definitely return for more!!

Had to return my dress I ordered online to the Devonshire mall, because Tecumseh mall's Suzy wouldn't accept my return since it was a Le Chateau dress.... uhmmm why would that matter? I ordered it from Suzy Shier website. Not my problem that they took over from Le Chateau but can't figure out logistics behind it. I wasted my lunch break going to Tecumseh mall, then had to go to Devonshire mall after my work. Not a happy camper.

I had a great experience shopping at this store on Boxing Day. All of the store associates were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and answered all of my questions with a smile. The store was busy, but the associates worked efficiently and made sure that everyone received the same high level of service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

I had a great experience with Tehreem at the Devonshire mall location. She was very helpful and friendly. She picked out some great clothes that I wouldn’t have thought to try, and I ended up loving them so much I bought both! Great prices and selection as well.

employees in store behave rude with your valued customers and threat them of their position.I visited your store in Devonshire mall Windsor Store 7824 and I’m very disappointed with the behaviour of your employee Mugil salesperson 913470 and was at register number 3 was very rude and argued when asked can I get name and store on piece of paper was told you write it you asked and also was threatened me of their position when I said I will reach out to someone was told I’m assistant manager so.. very disappointed very upset with the fact I wasted my money here and I’m going there from 5-6 years now. Mugil if you are reading this you seriously don’t deserve your position seriously need retraining.
