Very well set up; able to be seen right at appointment time. Very friendly and efficient staff. Dealt with the problem immediately worked quickly, saved me a major expense. Gentleman from the garage was able to 'work his magic', saved big dollars on a total repair. We'll done!

I took my car to fix it there. I was sure that I have to pay a lot of money. But the technician opened the damage part and in few minutes fixed it without cost! I surprised and impressed with their honesty. They could charge me as much as theywant and since, I am not expert I would not notice it. But they didn't.

Body work was well done and good match, tried to reuse one time trim, and when pointed out, they replaced

I wanted modify the front grill of my vehicle. Estimate included parts that did not need to be replaced. When I inquired about this, I received no response. I went to another Lexus dealer and they confirmed I was being overcharged and gave me a new estimate that was $2000 lower. I would stay away from this place if you aren’t using your insurance for modifications/repairs.Edit: In regards to the response, do the body parts “recommend by Lexus” include parts that are already installed on the vehicle? These are parts with the exact same number. If you can convince me that replacing the exact non-damaged part is fair practice, I will happily update my rating.

Cathy Roberts is an exceptional service agent and I had the pleasure of having her as my agent at my most recent visit to Lexus for a broken windshield. Cathy was able to schedule an early appointment as I needed my windshield fixed prior to leaving on vacation. On the day of my appointment, she met me at the door or of the garage and immediately got my car processed and on its way to the repair shop. While I was waiting, she approached me on a number of occasions to inquire as to my comfort. And best of all, she had me all fixed up and on my way an hour prior to her most optimistic estimate. Oh, and the windshield is perfect. I have mentioned the exceptional service that I always get at Lexus to many of my friends but I must say that this was above and beyond even that! Thank you!
