They sent a plumber promptly and he did the repair – replacing a burst pipe to our garden faucet – efficiently and neatly. He even suggested – and with our approval completed – a low-cost modification which should prevent another burst pipe next winter. Price was reasonable, too. We now know who to call next time we need plumbing work.

We used Genie Plomberie for installation of new LG dishwasher in our condo. We were unhappy with their invoicing for number of reasons and feel cheated.Firstly, they invoiced us for 1hour 45min work when in reality, the work was done in 1hour 20min (including travel time). I had to prove this to them by checking the phone log (when they informed that they are coming to the place) and invoice time (when invoice got generated). They themselves had told me that dishwasher installation is fast job and they charge a maximum of 1hour 30min which includes travel time. After proving this, I was provided a reduced invoice from 277.42$ to 251$ (So MUCH time and energy wasted to get back 26$ and to prove that indeed they were cheating in the invoicing).Secondly, we had discussed multiple times about estimate and not once they informed that when they come, there is an additional charge called truck charge (van)" for 24.50$ + Taxes. Génie Plomberie - Had the experience of having a large plumbing job planned, executed and completed by Génie . They were on time, on budget and extremely helpful. Suggestion were made that not only were aesthetically pleasing but saved money in the long run. I have and will continue to highly recommend Karl and his team.

Fixed and replaced a tub faucet with the most awkward set up and access. Worked at it until it was fixed and the final price was reasonable. We were sure it would require major demo to get to. Plumber had lots of experience and it showed... he joked about doing it blindfolded and it almost was like he was !Tub with hand shower is finally working again! Great job and will definitely be the place to call next time ! Impressed and satisfied are not strong enough words!
