They are now worse than ever. The service department tried to scam my daughter for over $7500 for a repair that was not needed. It's instead a cheap simple fix.. Anyone else get told there CAT converter needs replacing? Sounds like they have done this before from reading their texts they sent her. They gave her number to the sales department to try to convince her to sell her jeep to them because they want it and thought they could take advantage of her because they knew she couldn't afford the repair. Of course without asking her permission or consent to get creepy texts from the salesman.

I would highly recommend Lethbridge Dodge Collision Centre for any repairs. I recently had a work truck in for repair after it was in an accident. Michael Hazuda is the epitome of customer service. He was always quick to respond to any questions or inquiries and went beyond the standard for us. All around a great guy to deal with. Our initial quote came in very close to the final bill which shows the honesty of their work. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle upon it arriving and there were no hidden costs. When they found a broken part by the headlight that they didn't quote on in the initial inspection he discounted the labor for us to keep everything in line. The only extra's were the time and effort they put into the detailing and workmanship of the vehicle. The paint was blended beautifully, and it came out looking better than it did prior to the accident. It’s normal to be skeptical when getting quotes after an accident as some companies will low ball you to get the job and then hike up the price saying there was more damage than expected. This was not the case with the Lethbridge Dodge Collision Centre. Having an accident is never good but these guys made it better.

Had an amazing experience buying a truck from Gary Moe Chrysler. Kadin and Casey were super helpful as I was in need of a truck, but could only do the deal over the phone and online from work.
