You will be lucky if you can get though phone. If they answer and they can’t hear (network) you within first 2 Hello They will disconnect. After every 11 minutes phone gets disconnected anyway.

Dr. Tarlochan Singh is the best doctor. It was our first meeting with him and He listened us very passionately and asked again and again that if we have more concerns.

Dr jawanda is a such nice person ..very helpful listen everything very carefully… never seen a Doctor like him ✌️

The absolute rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever had the unfortunate time dealing with. Plain and simple. The hostility is not worth it when there are plenty of other clinics that have much more friendly, approachable and professional receptionists. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Singh himself is very nice, Just to get hold of him I had to deal with very unprofessional lady with 0 customer service. Be aware because she will not respect even if you are sick and will force you to tell HER what is reason to talk to Dr. Like come on girl he is my GP I am suppose to tell him not YOU.

Doctor is good and friendly. Would get 5 stars for sure.Rating is for unprofessional staff who needs to be seriously trained to book appointments correctly and answer the calls properly. Either this clinic is under staffed or has lack of resources, it is always poor experience every time I have a doctor visit at this clinic.

Worst place to go for your health problems. I regret not checking Google reviews before visiting this clinic. Anyway I don't expect any good customer service in Surrey but this time it was doctor. My 1st visit was to see Dr Amritpal Jawanda. It was an horrible experience. He abruptly left the room in 7 to 8 minutes saying do this test and then we will see. I felt they are just trying to increase patient's number of visits.

Dr. Singh is amazing and very attentive but front desk staff need serious special education on how to communicate and respect patients calling the clinic. Complete illetrates and have 0 communication skills. Whoever is the owner of this facility should pay serious attention to this as so many people are complaining about this on here and educate these girls or hire proper representatives. Seems like these women are hired by their family members. Dr Singh is my wife's family doctor. I called in to make an appointment for my wife and front lady told me to take her to hospital, without any other explaination. I almost lost my cool. Rai medical clinic needs to hire some professional people.

Dr jawanda is best doctor . He is well educated nd also his communication skills are unbeatable. He communicate politely with their patients and always try to solve their concerns.

I’m not really surprised to encounter a terrible receptionist in a clinic but I just want to add a review that they have a terrible receptionist here haha.The person I talked to lacks human interaction, manners, etiquette, skills and emotions. Didn’t even ask if there’s anything else she can help me with. She just said “okay I’ll book you on this day” and she just hung up. It’s hilarious.
