Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I found James' contact information from Grandstream forums. I had previously tried contacting three different US-based support groups, and none replied. James was very quick to reply and was kind enough to help me outside of his normal work hours (I am a veterinarian and had a fully booked patient load). I am very happy with the support he gave and felt his fee was completely fair.
