DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM! This is Rachelle again, my lawyer has followed up with Alex and his father November 3rd 2022 with a demand letter which Alex did actually answer to. They offered a full credit for what was owed to me, however my gut told me if I accepted it that they would go silent again...We requested the full refund instead of the credit, and once again they have gone silent. I cannot believe that my late father trusted this company and was a client of theirs as this customer service is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful for a high end" company."
