Mount Royal Center

It was third time I was going to concert in this place and every time sounds system was a big issue! Last time June 12 for Chaattaar concert, all audiences complained about sound! Never buy tickets for this place anymore!!

Quite annoying to work at this venue when setting up events. Hardly any air conditioning when end clients aren't in the room and the convoluted route to get audio visual equipment up to their meeting rooms and main ball room slows down even the most efficient teams. Plan accordingly.

Rented a conference room for a company workshop. The room was adequate for the number of people who attended. The A/V system provided was top notch. The provided refreshments were a great addition, though a little on the expensive side. Overall the whole rental was more expensive compared to other conference rooms we've rented. It was quite surprising to learn that even though we paid for the room for our workshop ... using the walls to put up Post-its for our workshop was an extra charge. There is the convenience that the conference room is in the downtown core.

If I can vote lower I would. Honestly, the technicians did not do their jobs. Why are we paying them for? They were late and rude and did not listen to any feedback. Not Worth the price we paid. The level of the professionalism was 0. Sound check was rushed the mics were not set up properly and when the performances started the instruments was not configured. Even though they had assured us that all systems were good. Never again.

A good salon for concert. There were some person for guiding people to interance before the event and it was so helpful. They were really nice and polite. The washroom was clean and easy to access.

Good location, which is overlooked when you walk by. Very spacious room, but the technical equipment and the hvac is on improvable level. Catering, too.

The venue itself is alright but pretty expensive for what you get. There also is no backstage. The technicians provided by the venue are pretty bad since we gave a list of props and sound instructions before our event and they couldn't follow any of it. One technician in particular was very rude as he kept swearing while setting up our microphones and seemed intoxicated during the event.

I've been here for different events, such as coktails and conferences. The place is always clean and the staff helpful. There are smaller and bigger rooms available on the different levels depending on the size of the event. There are escalators and an elevator. The location is not too far from a metro station.

I recently hosted a conference for 280 employees at Centre Mont-Royal and couldn’t be any happier with the high level of care, attention to detail and hospitality that the Centre Mont-Royal staff offered. The whole experience was fabulous; from mapping out the logistics of our complex event with Sabrina, the Events Coordinator, to the execution of our 2-day event with the assistance of the excellent maître d’s Nathalie and Steve and their friendly and hard working team, to the delicious meals prepared by the Chef, and the AV tech Nataniel who ensured all our requirements were met and we had nothing to worry about during the event.The venue itself is beautiful and has a great location, but none of that would matter if they didn’t have the right people managing it… and they do! Congrats to the Centre Mont-Royal team and thanks again for everything!
