I can't say enough good things about the clinic. Dr.Kumar was kind, gentle and compassionate. He took his time and was patient with my 7 month old. He answered all of my questions, I had many. The nurse we had was also great and very professional. It is scary going in to discuss your child's heart, and this clinic make it the most positive experience possible. Thank you!

I haven't been here before. But my one year old daughter is having hard time with milestones and I'm worried about her.

We have had great experiences and great care here. We have been at the clinic for over 3 years now. Dr. Kumar is kind and calm, which has been incredibly helpful for our anxious 5 year old. She has to go regularly for check ups to monitor her condition. Our questions are always answered, even when we call to ask a question, the call is always returned the day of. We were blindsided by our daughters diagnosis, and Dr. Kumar spent extra time explaining everything to us and how we would move forward. Paige is incredible as well and the receptionist too. I feel grateful to have a clinic available like this so close to home.

Horrible Experience. Visited about less than 1 year ago for a check up for my son. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to treat a skin condition my son has developed. Yesterday I receive a call saying my appointment has been cancelled because the doctor will be away. I rebooked for this friday, yesterday. I received a call today saying that my appointment has been cancelled again because there is a new policy stating you must have visited the clinic within 9 months to be eligible to be a patient. Since our last visit the pediatrician of this location was supposed to be the primary pediatrician my son sees regularly, for his check ups. Apparently (not to my knowing) I was told verbally that I must come back within 2 months to be a continuing patient, since our first visit about 1 year ago. I was never told any of this because I would have taken this serious and I would have been back with my son in the requested time frame. This is unacceptable. Now I need to find a new doctor first to be able to refer me to a new pediatrician. All this takes time as my sons condition gets worse. Thanks for making everything more difficult. We will not be returning.

Honestly working in Healthcare myself, this office came across as SUPER unprofessional. My 2 year old was booked for an ECG and echo. The MOA did the ECG on him while sitting, didn't even let me try and lay him down properly. She seemed impatient and kept telling him and myself not to let him move. He's 2.... And covered in interesting wires he's never seen before. You need to have more patience with young kids.Then a man came in, dressed in scrubs, along with another man in literally jeans and a tshirt. Told me he was learning and asked if he could stay and watch him do the echo. I thought it was insanely weird and unprofessional he was dressed so casually and not in scrubsThe echo took 1 hour to perform, which seemed excessive for a 2 year old. The 2 men talked between themselves in another language the whole time, which I was rather offended by. It's such poor bedside manner and so unprofessional to not acknowledge the parent and purposely speak in a language they know I likely don't speakOverall the visit was unprofessional and almost sketchy and left me feeling uncomfortable

Our family had Covid and forgot to call back to cancel our appointment. Now they want $100 before they will see my child and I do not have a job. Totally non understanding. Disgusting.

Well, the doctor him self is great doctor but the policy of the clinic is horrible, first the only time that the doctor can see children is from 9 to 12 pm in the morning, well during this time kids will be in school so they can’t have the regular care and follow up that required for them, so I had to postpone their follow up until they have a break from school and when they do I called again and the reception lady said they I need a referral so the doctor can see my kids again!!!!!!! Seriously!!! The first time the doctor ever saw my kids was by a phone call and appointment to his office directly and now for the regular follow up I need a referral from a family doctor , it’s easier to get an appointment with a new paediatrician !! Well I guess you can’t make it more harder to see the doctor again, thanks for the ongoing care of my kids by their paediatrician. Very disappointed.Well, New edit to my review, I had the referral from the family doctor and they scheduled an appointment for my kids, and about a month and I had a new baby so automatically I called the clinic so I can book my new baby with the same doctor and guess what they answered me! No the doctor is not going to see her as he is not accepting any new patients !! So I should be looking for another paediatrician for my baby girl while taking my other three kids for this paediatrician!!! How unprofessional and unpractical is that!!!

As another post, we were told that my kids couldn't go to the clinic anymore as he is a cardiac paediatrician. We should have been told when the clinic first opened. It's as if he wanted to build a clientele, then get rid of patients that didn't fit his profile. The receptionist (I think when I called it was his nurse) is rude beyond words.

The doctor himself is great! He has always been wonderful with my child and has always answered any questions I may have had very thoroughly. My issue with this clinic is that it is posted on their website and on google that they are open until 6pm. I have tried phoning quite some time before that and when I phone in the morning I seem to get through but it seems anytime I phone after 4 the clinic is closed? If that is the case then the hours online should be updated.
