Garderie Rainbow Daycare

We had a very mixed experience at Garderie Rainbow. We cannot speak highly enough of the permanent educators, particularly Suze and Abeer. They were absolutely wonderful with our son. However, unfortunately, we found the communication with the management not to be transparent. There were a few white lies told, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a steady stream of interns, which wouldn't have been a problem except that they were never formally introduced to us. I think a simple email introducing the new interns would have been really helpful. Sometimes the children were left alone with them, which I found concerning as they weren't fully qualified and often the children hadn't had the time to build a rapport with them. There was one incident in particular that made us decide to leave the daycare. Our baby's diaper had not been changed all day (7 hours). His pants were completely wet and he was sitting in his own feces. This was really heartbreaking to see. This happened on a day when the main educator was on leave and two interns were caring for the children.

Our daughter was at Rainbow from 11 to 18 months and I cannot recommend this daycare enough! The only reason she did not continue with Rainbow is because we moved to the South Shore and needed a daycare closer to our home. Suze, Gurleen and the interns in the poupon group are incredibly competent, kind, warm, and attentive. We were so nervous about daycare and leaving our daughter with strangers and they made it such an effortless and reassuring experience. Our daughter loved going there and Suze was one of her first words!!! The poupon area is a good size with a good amount of toys. We really liked the diversity of the food and the teams very current/research based philosophy about food and discipline. The daycare is very clean and we never had any issues with diapers being left too long. The educators in the toddler areas were also very kind to us and there is a lot of space for the children to play - overall, we were very impressed with all of the areas for the different age groups. We received a daily report updating us on what our daughter ate and did that day which we really appreciated. She was exposed to numerous activities and themes - we loved it when she would come home and we could see/hear what she'd been learning. We were really sad to be leaving Rainbow and the people who have played such an important role in our lives these past 7 months. The new daycare has huge shoes to fill! Thank you so much for everything Rainbow, we will remember you forever and will miss you <3 <3

Truly the best daycare the kids have ever experienced. They look forward to going everyday. The quality of learning they get is priceless. Friendly environment, professionals, caring and most importantly super clean and hygienic. The owner treats the kids like her own which is fantastic! It is literally a blessing to have such Garderie that gives a complete peace of mind. Not only that I recommend it, but essential to have kids experience it.

My one year old started daycare for the first time at Rainbow, I could not be happier with her integration. the educators at Rainbow respected her schedule and allowed her to slowly adapt to their schedule. The educators and staff are passionate and loving. They have lot of activities for the children. My daughter loves going to the park with them. I appreciate the fact that the daycare is kept very clean. I look forward to reading my daughter's daily report as I find it efficient and informative. I definitely recommend this daycare!

Best experience ever!!The director and all educators are dedicated to well-being and development of their kids.They are caring and they provide safe, stimulating and fun environments for kids.They also cooperate well with parents.Therefore, children feel safe, happy and comfortable while their parents are not with them.I highly recommend the Rainbow daycare for parents. Especially those who are looking for a daycare with a lot of caring.

This daycare has been my rock for the last four years. The educators are exceptional, caring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We are sad to say goodbye after four years of comfort. I didn’t know what to expect dropping my baby boy off there when he was ten months old but they surpassed all of my expectations and gained my trust. I love this daycare. This daycare taught me alot. The staff is very kind and nice. They respect everyone. Here , safety of kids is the priority and I love this. They treat kids like their own kids. I become very confident and positive after working here. They are very hygienic and caring. I am very thankful to hala and all staff. I will miss garderie rainbow alot❤️. Very good day care, bilingual education, excellent teachers, a lot of creative activities. My son has learned the basic skills he needs to improve his personality, he was very happy every morning going to his class.Keep up the good work.

This daycare was so great. My daughter started at 18 month just after the lock down. She loved it, especially her educators. In no time she was asking to go and couldn’t wait. She loved all the songs and activities and got along super well with the other kids. I would say she really thrived there. Sadly we moved to the south shore and so she was only there three months. I was sad to take her out and we all miss it. She hasn’t gone back to a larger centre yet because we had a baby and with Covid she is taken care of in a home daycare with only two kids now. While she likes getting out she isn’t thriving like before or nearly as excited to go. So I think about rainbow a lot. Hopefully our girl will start at a more engaging place this spring but for those in the area of Rainbow I strongly recommend it.
