Came a long distance to shop in-store, only to find out it's closed. Sign on the wall says online shopping only available" which doesn't help when you want to actually SEE the products."

Store isn't even there right now with no notice anywhere of when it will be back up and running.

My mother was discriminated against while shopping in this store at this location. She was watched as if she was a thief and was spoken to in a condescending and disrespectful tone. I reached out to head office to share this experience and was hoping to hear that this experience and that employee is not a reflection of the company as a whole. I wanted to believe that in 2022 we are not still racially profiling people. I have had to follow up multiple times and received 3 email responses stating their customer satisfaction is taken very seriously and that a member of management would reach out. We are 2 days away from a full month since I’ve sent that email. Posting on your corporate site about embracing cultural diversity" while not ensuring that value is shared among your team... supporting diversity is not a trend

Friendly staff. There's a decent selection of luggage and bags to choose from. It's my go to store for travelling needs.

I went on Thursday December 8th around 1:15pm as I bought my office bag 5 yrs ago from that store. Still I have that bag. But it's about to drop for scrap. So, I went to buy a new one. The lady over there was very rude behavior. By mistakenly a bag dropped, which was totally not my fault. The way the bag was displayed not proper and kept at edge. So anyone touch any bag nearby may lead to fall. I placed that back to the same position. But that unprofessional lady has some psychological problem I think. She came and grab the bag which I was looking. I kept quite as I don't want to disturb their business infront of other customers. And other customers also ladies and same ethnicity of that lady. Obviously she will get more support. It's clearly racist. I don't want to talk about this more. I never go that place again. But this kind of business will not work for longer. God bless them.

I purchased a backpack in August 2015 for my daughters upcoming school year! The netting on the side tore within 6 weeks, so i returned it! After much conversation, they agreed to replace it. Then 1 month later both the zippers for closing the backpack fell off. I again returned the backpack and Bentley refused to replace the backpack or even pay for it to be repaired. The manager was extremely rude and when I said I would write a negative review she said Go right ahead" and hung up on me. I have tried to contact the Head Office many times

Went in with my daughter so she could find a wallet , she found one she really liked but couldn’t find a price I brought it up to the older lady at the counter and asked for help she had a very thick accent and all I could understand was “4.99” I said “oh it’s only 4.99” SHE THEN VISIBLY ROLLS HER EYES AT ME AND SAYS “no 34.99” she is a very old cranky rude woman with a very thick accent. Anyhoo not going back there like ever LOL

I like this store and to look at all the new stock of lunggage, backpacks, wallets, and travel accessories. This store is consistent with new stock, some sales and consistent with staff, but I am still looking for that special light travel bag. Nice store and thanks for the look .....

Good selection of purses; it is always my first choice when I'm looking for a new one.
