Amazing customer service, thank you, Ariana! She took time to help me and my daughter to chose the colour, explained with details everything to us, and even wrote everything down so we won't forget! Not the first time in the store, and for sure not the last!

I've been here on numerous occasions. Years ago this place was actually very good. The customer service was on point and the selection and prices were great! I came back twice within the past month and both times I was not impressed. The customer service is appalling. Last week I came in and was looking for a specific dry shampoo as well as a treatment for my scalp. The cashier did not greet me and then when I was walking around and looking at different products, she started watching me and following me around as if I was going to steal. I felt so violated that I decided to skip the treatment and just buy a small bottle of dry shampoo. I did not want to be there. As I was cashing out, she barely looked at me and wasn't even polite. Even though this is a convenient location for me, I will not be coming back and if I do come back to get something and they are rude to me, I will definitely speak up this time. They definitely need customer service training.

Horrible customer service. Waited in the cash line to get assistance on finding a product because there was no one available to help. When we got to the cash, the cashier (Victoria?) had to leave cash to help us but instead of ringing up the product for us she ran back to the cash to serve other people (not thinking that we waited in line to just get this one thing). Victoria was very anxious because she had to serve a long line of people but part of that was because she allowed other customers to start their purchases and then leave and get more stuff. She's smart enough to say sorry but not quick enough to figure out how to do her job properly.

Amir was very helpful. Great knowledge of the products and recommended some really nice products for our family. Always kind and patient.

Visited this store to get some hair colour. I was surprised at their collection. And variety of items they have in terms of colouring. Ariana was great in explaining what colour would suit me and helped me select the developer. She even suggested a cost effective option of getting a kit instead of cup and brush separately. Thanks Ariana!

The staff (Victoria and Beatta), know their products and deliver excellent and professional customer service. This beauty supply is also very lucky to have Donna at its location. Donna is an exceptionally gifted and professional hair dresser who has a massive clientele already but I could not rate this beauty supply business without saying so.
