We arrived in Nanaimo 7 years ago and we were so fortunate to find Dr Chisholm and her colleagues at Eagle Point Dental about five minutes from our house. Dr Chisholm as well as all of others in her practice are so welcoming and competent. The level of skill is exemplary. I have a history of anxiety surrounding the dentist and put off visits much longer than I should have as a result. However since my very first visit I've been treated with extraordinary care and compassion, I've always felt safe and respected. Dental care is really important for overall health, and the experience can feel very vulnerable, so for me, being somewhere that I feel secure in the process and in the capable hands of the staff, is such a blessing. Also they're flexible with appointment times which makes scheduling so much easier. I never thought I'd say that I looked forward to dentist visits, but to be given such care and consideration, I never feel anxious when I go in now. I am so grateful I found this amazing office and the incredible staff! You are the best!

Thanks to Dr. Miller and his assistants, they are very professional, patient with my child, very experienced, and their skills are very good. Dr. Miller gave us very pertinent treatment suggestions, and the lady at the front desk was also very thoughtful and kind. It was a very pleasant experience, thank you so much. One of the worst and most unprofessional offices I've been to. I had an appointment booked this morning but apparently they booked the wrong patient in, and that patient took the slot, but did make them aware they didn't have a booking. Recently had the fillings replaced. I’ve had enough fillings done that I knew pretty well what I was in for but was expecting the process to be somewhat longer than it was so was pleasantly surprised when Dr Chisholm announced she was all done! Both Dr Chisholm and her assistant (wish I’d got her name!) were friendly, relaxed and confident. All the old fillings were replaced in record time and even a scuffed up front tooth was evened off and smoothed. If only technology would come up with a silent drill, I’d REALLY be happy! :D

Dr. Chisholm and the staff at Eagle Point Dental are fantastic. My smile is better than it was before. Dr. Heather Chisholm and Jessica take their job were seriously and they did a fabulous job with the inplant at my front tooth. It shows they enjoy their work and they are true artists who take pride in their repair creation. An amazing team that takes great care of their patients. They make sure you are comfortable and care about the work they do. This along with great communication with each other and their patients always makes for an easy trip to the dentist.

Everyone I encountered at the office was warm and friendly and made my first visit here great! Look forward to returning.

Dr Chisholm and her team are excellent. I normally hate going to the dentist and until I became a patient there, I always had unpleasant experiences. Now I make my regular checkups and it's a breeze. The front line staff are all very pleasant and my dental hygienist Brenda is the best! She is very nice and gently cleans my teeth and she really cares about her job. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a dentist.
