Mr. Stanley did thousands of dollars worth of plumbing damage to our basement when redoing our sewer line. we asked multiple times for him to make it right and he never did. we eventually had to get the city inspector to enforce the laws that protect us from business men life this. Time management is not their strong suit neither is completing a job well the first time. It took MONTHS of me calling for him to come lay the black top he ripped up to redo our sewer line to the tune of about $6500. They didnt lay seed well or even the dirt in our yard - leaving our yard a mess. it's been a complete headache working the Stanley company. I do not reccomend.icing on the cake: he charged me for a permit he didnt get.

I Just want to say these guys are the best. Fast and extremely respectful. I just bought a house only have been living there for a few days and just found out I needed to have my sewer main pipe dug up and fixed. 2 days before Christmas which I was not prepared for mentally or financially. The ground settled and pretty much disconnected the flow of our plumbing so it backed up in my home. I called Stanley's the night of the incident at 10:00 to 10:30 pm they answered and we're extremely friendly and offered to be at my house bright and early the next day. They showed up on time checked everything thoroughly and revealed that I needed to have my ground dug up so the pipe could be fixed. They clearly could see my frustrations. They completely understood and offered to fix it that day without an up front payment. They also told me they would work with me on the bill and told me just give us what you can for now don't worry about it will figure it out. I came home from work later that day to everything being fixed and they left the original bad parts on the property. These guys are the best and they turned my bad situation into a positive this is definitely a family oriented business who understands and actually care about the people.Thank You Stanley's-Matt

Prompt dependable service. Our tank needed repair as the baffle had broken off inside they told me how to fix it myself with very little expense. Highly recommend these guys!

In the nine years we've owned our country home, we've had them out three times, once for routine maintenance and twice for system backups. The first backup problem was readily identified - our contractor had failed to tell us about an unusual maintenance feature on our septic system, something discontinued because of the problems it causes. Since we didn't know about it, we hadn't done it. They came out on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend, and even on this day the charge was minimal - I paid cash out of my wallet.The second blockage couldn't be cleared by a plumber's snake (I'd tried that). But I had the system all excavated and open when the technician arrived - and he immediately identified the problem this time, one due to a design flaw in the system (and which, as the first, has been discontinued). When I reached for my wallet, he said, You had everything opened up when I got here - and it didn't take me five minutes. How can I charge you for that? Have a great Thanksgiving!"There's a reason this company has been around as long as it has - great customer service and reasonable prices. I'd have no problem recommending them to anyone who asks

I was in a bind, septic was full and causing problems. Stanley's came out the next day and pumped out the septic. It was cheaper than the competition and much faster response time too!

We used Stanley’s for a very difficult septic tank repair. To make it even more difficult it needed to be repaired in the dead of winter here in Maine. The repair was completed promptly, but due to frozen ground, large mounds of frozen dirt were left in you yard and across our walkway. Once the frost and freeze situation went away, with one phone call, Mr Stanley and his son came back within one week and regraded, replaced and even improved our walkway and the rest of the site. They came with a smile on their face on a Saturday to finish the job. I commend their fine work, and their professional attitude. I would recommend them to anyone for septic issue repairs!

I don’t even know where to start. Giving 1 star is me being nice. Every-time I called the women who answered knew nothing. How are you a receptionist and don’t know anything about scheduling. I always got “oh I’ll have him call you back when he gets to the office” NEVER HAPPENS. I’ve been calling for MONTHS. Finally when I told the receptionist that every time she says I’ll get a call back I never do. So she finally put me on the schedule about 2 months out and I was happy to just have an appointment. Until the day comes (mind you me and my fiancé took work off to be here for that) they never show up… I called them to see if they were coming and she said that she has no idea what I’m talking about and that if I wanted I could pay for them to come in and give a quote. I tried for an entire YEAR to get this company in but I’ve now thrown in the towel. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company. For the sake of your sanity don’t use this company.

Was having issues with my leach field not draining. Stanleys came out same day, cleaned out the septic and helped diagnose a pinched drain pipe. Other companys charged more for just an evaluation. Great response time and service will use again.

Driver for this company forced my car with myself and my son in it into oncoming traffic because he was to buzy smoking a marijuana cigarette to look into the lane beside his caband see us there. He screamed obscenities at us and continued to drive ifthe cars comingthe opposite way hadnt pulled over we would have been squished under his truck or hit by oncoming traffic. Absolutely disgusted by his lack of concern as he drove off screaming with marijuana smoke filling our car once wewere behind him. I highly reccomend never using this company as they clearly dont screen their drivers or have drug use policies in place.

Robbers! I was told I had 30 days to close on the home next to them in Fairfield and all of the sudden they are buying it and turning it into office space! My dream home gone! My 7 and 10 year old already had their bedrooms picked out. I tried to call to plead my case. Owner even said the same thing happened to her son but no sympathy. Don't support these people! They are thieves!
